Terms of Service

RouteLoop ("the App") is provided by New Growth Investments LLC to help plan and sequence multi-stop delivery routes. By using the App you agree to these draft terms.

Use of the App

The App optimizes the order of the stops you enter and provides in-app turn-by-turn navigation, and can optionally hand a route to an external map app. Routes, distances, and estimated arrival times are estimates only and may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for safe driving, obeying all traffic laws, and making final routing decisions.

No use while driving

Do not interact with the App while your vehicle is in motion. Enter and review routes while parked and use hands-free navigation.

Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services including OpenStreetMap/Nominatim and Photon (geocoding), Valhalla and OSRM hosted by FOSSGIS (routing and directions), OpenStreetMap tile servers (maps), optionally OpenRouteService, and Google Maps if you choose to open a leg there. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Growth Investments LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App, including missed deliveries, delays, or navigation errors.

Ownership

The App is owned by New Growth Investments LLC and provided for authorized internal use. Resale or redistribution requires written permission.

Privacy Policy

RouteLoop runs entirely in your web browser. This draft explains what data it handles.

What stays on your device

The stops you enter, your settings, and your trip history are stored locally in your browser. New Growth Investments LLC operates no server for the App, has no user accounts, and does not receive or store this data.

What is shared to provide the service

To find locations and build routes, the addresses you enter are sent to third-party mapping services: OpenStreetMap/Nominatim and Photon (geocoding), and Valhalla and OSRM hosted by FOSSGIS (driving times and turn-by-turn directions), plus OpenRouteService if you add your own key. Map images come from OpenStreetMap tile servers. When you use navigation or other location features, your device's GPS position is used and is sent to those routing services to keep you on route. Navigation runs inside the App; nothing is sent to Google unless you choose "Open in Google Maps", in which case that route is handled under Google's terms and privacy policy.

What we don't do

The App contains no advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking beyond the mapping services above.

Your control

You can delete stored data any time from Admin → Data → Erase everything, or by clearing your browser data.

Refunds & Cancellation

RouteLoop is a subscription with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends.

Cancel anytime

Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged. After that you can cancel anytime by emailing support; your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period and does not renew.

Refunds

Monthly plans are non-refundable once a billing period begins. For 6-month and annual plans, contact us within 14 days of a charge for a prorated refund of the unused, unstarted portion. Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full.
